Hello! I hope everyone's had a good week, and an even better weekend. For me, this week went so so quickly, and next week is so jam packed full of excursions, cross country comps, and my schools year 9 "fun night" that everything else is going to fly by in what seems like a matter of seconds!! But by far, the best part of a long tiring week is being about to have some free time on the weekend. I spent last night enjoying a "long time no see" catch up with one of my best friends over some delicious burgers and frozen yoghurt.

Anyway, the post. So I, in my super creative super original manner, named the post after its similarity to a lollie; peaches and cream. See it? The colours of the wall in the background? No? Hahah I'll never understand my logic.

So I'm currently sitting on the bus on the way home from chadstone behind this man who keeps taking selfies using the "process" filter in the camera... Not a bad end to the week. Have a great week, Ashley xox

Hello! And happy mother's day to all. Today i woke up bright and early to run in the mother's day classic, raising funds and awareness for breast cancer research australia. The mother's day classic has raised $27.4 million since it began, and there are over 30 fundraising events all over australia. I participated in the 4km run (with my bro) and mum and dad did the 4km walk, even though it was rainy and cold all morning the whole experience was still enjoyable, with music, zumba and enough free food to cater for over a million people. I placed 49th in the under eighteens and we all returned home with a medallion and couldn't wait to jump straight into a nice warm shower.

Anyhow, back to the post. We took mum out for lunch in Daylesford yesterday, and while driving out to Yandoit i happened to spot this telstra exchange box thingy that was pastel green/blue. Blogger heaven. So we pulled over on the side of the dirt road and took some photos just before the sun set.

I've had a jam packed week, and weekend, and i'm looking forward to a well deserved sleep tonight! Ashley xox
